[RESOURCE] SC Cooldown Timings

I made this simple comparison chart of cooldown times to give myself a sense of Starcraft's timing and balance, which I could use to compare with my own mod's timings.

Not sure if anyone will find a use for this, but on the slim chance that someone will benefit, I've decided to release this. Enjoy!
