Status to official release

I was aiming to skin this and integrate it onto the forum before release. Unfortunately, a couple bugs have killed it for me. This system will not work for us with these bugs, so I'm likely to remove it and find another solution.

Behold, the chat system that will never be:

The chat uses your forum name, so you won't be able to use it unless registered and logged in.

Working on wiki infoboxes. Also looking into PJIRC as a possible webchat client.

An "[ANSWERED]" forum has been added to the "How to? Can you?" forum. The idea between this and the "[SOLVED]" subforum of "Help!" is to minimize the threads in both support forums. This way, open threads are easier to spot, and finished threads can be reviewed for answers. Ideally, we'll want both of "help!" and "How to? Can you?" with as few threads in them as possible, as the rest will all be solved and answered, respectively. =o)
